How to reset a lost or forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to set a new one.
- From te sign in page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and click Send. Use the email address that is linked to your EnergyID account.
- Check your email inbox. EnergyID will immediately send a message to your account's email address.
- Click the reset link in that email.
- Choose a new password.
The password reset link included in this email is time-sensitive. If you click the link and it doesn't work, try requesting a new one and use the link as soon as you can.
