Why is no benchmark available for my record?

There are a number of possible reasons why we cannot show a benchmark for your record.

  • Check under your profile settings whether the box Share anonymously with EnergieID and others is ticked.
  • Check the settings of your record and fill in missing data (number of persons and usable floor area).
  • Check whether you have sufficient measurement data for the period you have selected.
  • It is possible that there are not enough similar profiles in your area to guarantee privacy and to provide a valid benchmark.
