To automatically upload your myenergi data to your EnergieID record, you need to create an API key.

Where can I find my API key?

  1. Go to the myenergi web portal (not the app) and sign in with your myenergi account.
  2. Go to the Products page.
  3. At the top of the device list, you will see your Gateway Device (this is usually your myenergi hub, or your zappi/eddi if it is directly connected to Wi-Fi).
  4. For this device, click the Advanced button, identifiable by a key icon.
  5. A new window will open where you can click Generate new API key.
Note: For privacy reasons, the API key is only displayed in full once.
