Premium via a group: what changes for you?

Are you a member of a group? Then you have access to EnergieID Premium through that group. Soon, the way this is managed will change. Below you can read what this means for you.

Your Premium features remain available

Most importantly: EnergieID Premium remains active on your record. You keep your advanced analyses, dashboards, and all other Premium features as long as the link remains active.

From ‘Group’ to ‘Link’

In the old situation, you were a “member of a group.” In the new setup, your record is linked to an organization that offers services through EnergieID.

Existing users

You will be migrated automatically over the coming months. You do not need to do anything, and your data remains safely stored.

New users

You will receive an invitation link from your organization. As soon as you accept it, the link becomes active and all Premium features are automatically unlocked for your record. More about the new way to activate Premium.

Which data can the organization see?

Just like before, you decide which data you share. When accepting the link, you clearly see which rights the organization requests, for example access to measurement data for analysis.

You can stop the link yourself at any time via your record settings.

What if the link stops?

If you disconnect the link with the organization or if the project ends, your record automatically reverts to the free version of EnergieID.

Your data remains stored, but the Premium features are deactivated.
