Follow these steps to update your email preferences.

• Click on your profile icon and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
• In the Email Notifications section, select or clear the checkboxes depending on your email preferences.

Why do I receive a reminder email every month?

By default, you will receive an e-mail every 1st of the month asking you to enter your new meter readings. Our forecasting models work with monthly data and a meter reading at the beginning of the month gives the highest accuracy.

If you are absent for a longer period of time, or if you forget to submit your meter readings several months in a row, don't worry. We can estimate your monthly consumption with only a few meter readings a year, although this will be less accurate than if you were to submit your meter readings every month. 

You can change your settings if you no longer wish to receive this e-mail.

What if I already have a digital meter?

In that case, we will send you a monthly overview of your consumption and local production for the previous month. If you still have a classic water meter, or if you follow up on your waste or mobility, then of course you can keep on submitting manual meter readings.
